Born in Los Angeles to a family of big personalities, I realized early on that my love for parties, food, theatre, fashion, art and entertaining was not just fun for me – it made other people happy, too!
Transporting guests through a magical life event is my specialty. It’s a full cognitive experience: taste, sound, aroma and sight, all wrapped up in a joyous, little package! I take your dreams and make them a reality.
So where did I get the wedding bug from? I learned everything I know from my fabulous mother, Trilby. She has been in the Wedding and Event Hospitality field for over 20 years. When she semi-retired a few years back, I hired her as my assistant! So yes, we are still a mother/daughter dream team and I would not have it any other way! We look a like, laugh a like and can look at each other and know what we are thinking!
I am often asked what my wedding philosophy is . “Yes . . . and?” are my two favorite words. Those two little words are my life philosophy. I’m a long-time improviser – performing on stage, going to shows, or teaching it. Improv is the second-best skill I bring to an event (the first is my "Holly-ness").
Nothing rattles me – I see what we have, I figure out a creative and fun adaptation, and the client never has to worry. This is where I shine! From creating to customizing to collaborating to coordinating, I’m your gal!
So, in my non-party planning life, I am a business owner, doggie mama, award-winning foodie, Zumba enthusiast, avid chunky necklace collector and Dr. Pepper lover. Details, right? I bring 100% Holly to everything I do. Do I love it? Oh, heck yeah! Every minute of it!
